Zorah is a baby* bunny found with her siblings in a box on an Oakland street. These adorable babies are, sweet, ever-curious, and are learning that humans give head rubs, yummy leafy greens, and lots of love. Lionheads have substantial floof which will require consistent care and combing. The lionhead litter will be making their EBRR adoption debut on Saturday, June 8th.
*Zorah is too young for her MANDATORY spay surgery. We ask for a $100 surgical deposit in addition to the adoption fee. EBRR will arrange and pay for the surgery with one of our veterinarians. We also provide post-surgical pain meds. We will refund $50 of the security deposit after receiving proof of the surgery.
If you'd like to meet Zorah, please contact the East Bay Rabbit Rescue. We only adopt to indoor homes. Your rabbit should live in a social area of your home and be treated as an integral part of the family. No outdoor hutches. With good care and lots of love, rabbits can live to be 8-12 years old. We expect you to make a lifetime commitment to your rabbit.
